The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (via the consulate of Italy in Brisbane) requested community feedback from italians residing abroad, about their service and programming.

As such, COMITES QLD & NT devised and distributed an online survey via social media and compiled the responses into a detailed report for Rai executives.
